Goods are normally dispatched within 72 hours unless ordered at the weekend or on Bank Holidays. For the UK mainland, delivery normally takes 2 to 5 working days, although if urgent we can usually guarantee next-day delivery. We send out Special Next Day deliveries from Monday to Thursday - Please note that NO NEXT DAY DELIVERIES are sent out on Fridays.
Items are sent out by Royal Mail or UK Mail services. There are 3 delivery options for UK customers: Standard, Signed For or Special Next Day. For Special Next Day delivery, orders need to be placed BEFORE 12 noon (but not on Fridays see note above). Orders for next day delivery will be delivered between the hours of 8am - 6pm.
For all overseas orders, there are 2 delivery options - by Standard Airmail or International Signed for.
There will be no orders shipped out between Christmas and New Year Bank Holidays.
Please note order may be delayed in delivery if placed on a Saturday, Sunday or on Bank Holidays as our office will be closed at these times.
We are happy to include a gift message on our postcards with your purchase if it's to be sent as a gift. Please advise us by filling in the 'Message Box’ and changing the delivery address where applicable to an alternative address you would like the gift to be sent to. You will find this information when you check out your basket.

We offer a period of 14 days from purchase for customers to make returns with return postage at the customer’s expense. We are happy to exchange or offer partial/full refunds on debit/credit card and Paypal payments as long as items are returned in perfect condition and are unworn/unused. Or, if goods are damaged or faulty please contact us in the first instance to discuss how to proceed and we will offer exchanges or refunds once we have received the goods and verified the origin of the problem. Please state the reason for the return of the item.
We do not offer refund for initial postage of items to the customer unless the item is damaged. We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case an item is lost. Please make sure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.
Please note that return postage cannot be refunded unless goods are defective.

Christmas Return Policy
Our normal returns period is extended up until January 31st for purchases made after 20th November.
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and as long as we have not dispatched it, we will offer a full refund. Other cancellations will be dealt with on an ad hoc basis.
Payment information: We do not store customer financial details if we take your debit/credit card details for payments via our virtual credit card terminal with our Merchant account or Paypal account if you wish to make payments over the phone.
We do not share any of this information with any third parties.
Payments made online are made directly by you through our merchant account or Paypal's own secure terminal.
To sign up for an account with Caro, you must enter your personal details (name, address, phone number and e mail address) which are protected by your own password that you can edit at any time. You may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any queries regarding the setup of your account details.
We may email or phone you from time to time with any information regarding the progress of your order such as out of stock, delivery times or replacements etc...We do not share any of these personal details with any third parties operating outside of our website management. You may sign up voluntarily for our newsletters and may unsubscribe at any time.
Please download the Trade Customer Account form in the 'Trade' section, fill it in and send it back to us by email, post or fax. After verifying your references, we will set you up with a web trade password so you can have access to the trade section and see new collections which are not always visible to our retail customers.
