Similar to sheep's wool, alpaca is warmer, not prickly, and has no lanolin, which makes it hypoallergenic. It was first introduced to the UK by Sir Titus Salt in around 1836 and alpaca became the luxury yarn & fabric of Queen Victoria's reign prized for its softness and hard wearing quality.
Content 90% Alpaca wool, 10% Nylon. One size Ladies 4-7.
Wash by hand in tepid water and detergent for delicates or machine wash on cool wool cycle. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Reshape while damp. Made in Britain.
